How to Install Retrofit LED Recessed Lighting?

Step 1:

Remove the recessed can light from the existing can housing. Screw the adaptor into the socket in the can housing.

Step 2:

Plug the cable connector on the adaptor into the downlight.

Step 3:

Squeeze the spring clip arms up on both sides and hook the clip arms into the arm hooks on the inside of the can housing.

Step 4:

Release clip arms and push the downlight into the can housing.

How to Install Ultra Slim Recessed Lighting?

Step 1:

Use the hole size template in the packaging to cut a hole in the ceiling for installation.

Step 2:

Remove the knockouts for wiring and open the junction box. The junction box contains three wires: hot (black), neutral (white), and bare ground. Connect the two hot wires (one from the light switch cable and the other from the recessed housing)Repeat the step with the two neutral wires. Close the junction box to complete the wiring, simply place electric cables to the quick wiring connector.

Step 3:

Connect the downlight to the junction box. Select your favorite color temperature by using the 5CCT switch on the junction box. Place the junction box in the ceiling.

Step 4:

Push the easy-mount clips up and insert the downlight into the ceiling, release the clips to mount the downlight on the ceiling.

Step 5:

Secure the downlight, the installation is completed.
